Resumo: O texto analisa previsões de Allan Kardec sobre o Espiritismo, citando trechos de suas obras e da Revista Espírita. Kardec previu que o Espiritismo se tornaria uma crença geral, a base de todas as crenças, e causaria uma regeneração moral. O artigo argumenta que, apesar de algumas previsões não se terem concretizado plenamente, a regeneração moral da humanidade é um processo lento e contínuo, e que o tempo das profecias espirituais deve ser interpretado de forma mais ampla, não literal. A análise compara as previsões de Kardec com profecias bíblicas, questionando a interpretação literal de ambos.

Abstract: The text analyzes Allan Kardec’s predictions about Spiritism, citing excerpts from his works and from the Spiritist Magazine. Kardec predicted that Spiritism would become a general belief, the basis of all beliefs, and would cause moral regeneration. The article argues that, although some predictions have not fully come true, the moral regeneration of humanity is a slow and continuous process, and that the timing of spiritual prophecies should be interpreted in a broader, non-literal way. The analysis compares Kardec’s predictions with biblical prophecies, questioning the literal interpretation of both.
