Resumo: O texto apresenta um compêndio de excertos das obras de Allan Kardec, explorando conceitos espíritas fundamentais como alma, espírito, perispírito, fluidos universal e vital, e princípio vital. As diferentes definições e inter-relações desses elementos são analisadas, buscando esclarecer as nuances da terminologia e a visão espírita da constituição humana e do universo. Abstract: The text presents a compendium of excerpts from the works of Allan Kardec, exploring fundamental Spiritist concepts such as soul, spirit, perispirit, universal and vital fluids, and vital principle. The different definitions and interrelations of these elements are analyzed, seeking to clarify the nuances of terminology and the Spiritist vision of the human constitution and the universe. The work highlights the importance of the experimental method and observation in the construction of the Spiritist doctrine, emphasizing its progressive and scientific nature. Finally, the text contextualizes these concepts within the Spiritist philosophy, showing how they are integrated into a complete vision of existence.
