Abstract: The text presents a detailed critique of the book “Na Próxima Dimensão”, psychographed by Carlos A. Baccelli and attributed to the spirit of Dr. Inácio Ferreira. The analysis questions the inconsistencies and controversial statements in the book, especially regarding the nature of the spiritual world and the identity of Chico Xavier as the reincarnation of Kardec. The author of the analysis expresses concern about the dissemination of inaccurate information and frivolous generalizations that could harm the image of Spiritism. He argues against the lack of coherence and superficiality of some spiritual “revelations” presented, using excerpts from the book to support his criticisms. Finally, the analysis questions the veracity of the statements attributed to André Luiz, comparing biographical data with information from the book “Nosso Lar”.
