Resumo: O texto analisa criticamente a obra “Os Quatro Evangelhos” de J.B. Roustaing, comparando-a com os ensinamentos de Kardec. A análise expõe divergências significativas entre Roustaing e o Espiritismo kardeciano, especialmente sobre a evolução espiritual, a natureza da encarnação de Jesus e a reencarnação. O autor argumenta que Roustaing apresenta interpretações fantasiosas e contraditórias das doutrinas espíritas, considerando-as uma deturpação da mensagem espírita. Finalmente, o texto destaca a importância de discernir entre informações espíritas autênticas e interpretações equivocadas.

Abstract: The text critically analyzes the work “The Four Gospels” by J.B. Roustaing, comparing it with the teachings of Kardec. The analysis exposes significant divergences between Roustaing and Kardecian Spiritism, especially regarding spiritual evolution, the nature of the incarnation of Jesus and reincarnation. The author argues that Roustaing presents fanciful and contradictory interpretations of Spiritist doctrines, considering them a distortion of the Spiritist message. Finally, the text highlights the importance of discerning between authentic Spiritist information and mistaken interpretations.
