Resumo: O texto apresenta uma refutação de um artigo que nega a existência de irmãos biológicos de Jesus. A refutação analisa passagens bíblicas e argumentações teológicas, questionando a interpretação do termo “primogênito” e a utilização da palavra “irmãos” no contexto bíblico e histórico. Discute-se também a interpretação de expressões em grego antigo e a genealogia de Jesus, confrontando diferentes versões bíblicas e tradições. Finalmente, a refutação argumenta que a existência de irmãos de Jesus não contradiz a crença na virgindade de Maria.

Abstract: The text presents a refutation of an article that denies the existence of biological brothers of Jesus. The refutation analyzes biblical passages and theological arguments, questioning the interpretation of the term “firstborn” and the use of the word “brothers” in the biblical and historical context. It also discusses the interpretation of expressions in ancient Greek and the genealogy of Jesus, comparing different biblical versions and traditions. Finally, the refutation argues that the existence of brothers of Jesus does not contradict the belief in the virginity of Mary.
